    My husband has (or had) a Walmart credit card for many years. We paid off the balance in full in November 2013 and had been making all payments prior to then. We get a letter the other day in the mail stating that as a result of a Transunion credit report, Walmart has CANCELLED the credit card! His credit score has not waivered too much and has actually been going up the past couple of months.     I know I do not have perfect credit, been working on it now for over 3 years; have a car loan, small limit credit card and some dep store credit cards (and no, they are not toped up) all get paid on time.     This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We missed the due date for a payment due on the 8th of the month. I iimmediately paid the amount due on the 16th over the phone with a customer service rep who also reversed the late fee that was assesed to our account and I was told nothing would change on our account as we are valued customers and have never missed a payment before.     I financed a motorcycle through GEMB and paid it off after 2.5 years when I sold it in May 2011. After 3 separate attempts for them to send me the title and or release, the buyer still can't register/insure the bike because GEMB still has a lien on it.     Friends, I recomend that you do not get a Paypal/GE Money Credit Card. The reason is simple. If you have a personal AND Business PayPal account, you will be unable to use the checking account associated with the personal account to pay the business card and Vice Versa!! When I tried to reach GE Money I was on hold for over an hour and a half, never reaching a representative.     I do not believe GEMB had any intention of honoring the 24 month no payment no intrest offer on the love seat we bought from Rooms To Go. We have tried three times.     Care Credit is not advertised as a Credit Card. We were told we could make payments with no finance charges. The monthly statement even shows no end date, just "promotional-until paid off". As I walked into the Kawasaki dealer, I was excited. This was to be my new transportation and a fun one at that. We went through the paperwork and all was going well until I was hit with a crazy high interest rate from the bank. My credit is very good and the rate should have been much lower. But, I was stuck. GE was the only one the dealer would use. After eating my discontent I got my motorcycle. Since then I realized the appalling mistake I made. GE is the only bank I know of to not allow any online services for loans. I mean none what so ever. To setup auto pay you have to go to your bank and try to get them to put all your information on paper with their letterhead or GE will not take it. You can call in your payments, but they hit you with a large fee. If you send a payment but it gets delayed in the mailing they hit you instantly with a fee almost a quarter of your payment then they call you early in the morning to say well that's on you. I checked with another bank to buy the loan out and switch to them, my interest will be a quarter of what GE is using to rip me off. Never, ever use this company. They are money hungry and create the worst possible customer experience.

Fed up! Stupid me applied for a a Walmart credit card. My computer died and need a new one for school but don't get paid for another month. Anyway,applied online and it said to wait the normal 7-10 days. I knew I was declined. So, I call a few days later to the CS line and they say that yes I was declined but cannot tell me why. I spoke to a nice supervisor and they said to call him back when I get the letter telling me why. Well, when I got it my they said my Transunion score was more 200 POINTS less than what I saw this morning!!! what fraud!! None of their claims are true. So, I called back to see if I could speak to the same guy and the supervisor (probably the same guy but not going to admit it) I spoke to didn't say anything. He said once its processed, it's processed. So great, my credit score drops because it was a hard hit and I was declined. Now here's the kicker. I wouldn't have applied had I known my score was that low. That score is an insult. I have NEVER had a score that low and I've had bad credit in the past.

Should have read these reviews before establishing a GE Money Bank account. After paying my first two months of payments I received a call advising me that I had two late fees and they requested a double payment. I paid more than the monthly fees each month. I made my first two payments on the 1st & 3rd of the month. They said the payments didn't count toward my monthly charges because I paid before the actual due date, which was the 4th of the month. Luckily, the third supervisor I talked to removed the late fees and credited my account, but advised me that I couldn't make future payments before the 4th of the month. I never heard of a company upset about receiving payments earlier than the actual due date....

PAYMENT back to the sameold crap waste another hour of my time trying to talk to sombody only to get the response OH WELL SIR:That $100.00 and your account problems must have been noticed by a person not a machine and prosessed manually.HSBC is the Financial Institution that is giving me some real help into this fiasco.There's more but my blood pressure get to high later.
